Youth Conservation Corps:
Are you between the ages of 15 and 18 and currently enrolled in high school? Would you like to spend your summer working, learning, and earning in the outdoors? Would you like a job where your efforts make a difference for wildlife and the environment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Youth Conservation Corps may be right for you.
Applications are in the counseling office!
They are due April 25th.
Yard Signs: Senior yard signs will be available in Mrs. Marley's classroom starting Today. Seniors you can only purchase them after your day is done.
JUNIORS: Anyone interested in attending girls or boys state this summer can now go online and apply. The flyer will be posted in your history class for more information.
Senior Trip: Seniors interested in attending ENMUR there will be a bus leaving GHS on Thursday April 24th at noon. You will be able to tour the campus. There will be prizes and two scholarships for $750 offered. Lunch will be provided. The bus will have you back to GHS by 3pm. This is a great opportunity if you considering ENMUR this fall. See Mrs. Burris in the counseling office to sign up.
Prom:Just remember..... if your prom date attends RHS or UHS, a guest permission form must be signed and returned to Mrs. Ramey in the Main Office prior to Wednesday, 23 April at 4:00 p.m. Guest forms will not be accepted after that time. guest forms can only be accepted for students who attend RHS or UHS - no exceptions.
Prom Week: Hey GHS juniors, it's finally Prom Week!!! Come and set up any day after school this week! We need everyone's help. It's going to be awesome.
