Synergy is our new Student Information System (SIS) starting in the 26-27 school year. Guardian, Parent and other Contact info (email, address, phone) has been brought over but needs a full review this year. Please verify this information with your Front Office staff.
Once we are confident that this information is accurate and complete across the district, we’ll be sending out bulk email invites into ParentVUE and StudentVUE apps/websites. These are the portals for Parents and Students to see grades, classes, teachers, fees, attendance, and more. As we all learn this new platform together, please be patient, and let us know if you have any questions.
Synergy is a product from the company EduPoint. Any notification emails from RISD will end in @risd.k12.nm.us and anything from Synergy end in @edupoint.com . We are concerned that scammers may use this migration as an opportunity to trick you to buy things you do not need. This migration does not require you to purchase anything.
Schedules will be available through your school and may not be available online this year.

Returning students that remember their username and password can now see their schedules online. Login to gmail.com with your RISD gmail account (add @risd.k12.nm.us to your chromebook login), then use the waffle icon to open Synergy (near the bottom). This will take a while to load the first time.
Any students wanting to try to use the app with very little instruction from me, let me know about your success, failures, pitfalls, and benefits via
[email protected] and I'll share them on this page. I think it should be the "new 2027" app, but maybe not.
