RISD migrated to Synergy from PowerSchool the summer of 2026. This brings a lot of changes for the 26-27 school year for Teachers, Principals, Office Staff, Registrars, Counselors, Parents and even a little bit for Students. This page hopes to offer answers to our most asked questions and continue offering related links.
When will schedules be ready?
Before school starts, each school has their own delivery method. Do NOT trust Canvas or Clever before the first day of school, these are NOT finalized.
Which app should I download, why?
We are confirming that we should be using the "new" apps soon. All apps are published by Edulastic and end in VUE.
ParentVUE: Gives parents access to student schedule, grades, attendance and discipline info. Allows students to digitally sign some documents.
StudentVUE: Gives student access similar to Parents.
